As one of the Top 100 Hospitals in the country, this is an energizing time for us at Columbus Regional. Healthcare reform will have a dramatic impact on hospitals, physicians, and other health service providers over the next several years and we are taking the necessary steps to be well positioned for these changes. Our new Innovation Center is just one example of our commitment to offer the best healthcare services both inside and outside the walls of the hospital through new and innovative care delivery models. The great work by Reach Healthy Communities in addressing obesity prevention through targeted healthier lifestyle initiatives, shows how those efforts extend across the continuum of care.
With our growing number of physicians, healthcare professionals, and outpatient centers, we have become much more than a single hospital. That is why we are introducing Columbus Regional Health, a name you will see applied to many of our locations across the region. While Columbus Regional Hospital remains our flagship facility, Columbus Regional Health better reflects the evolution of the health system we are today and will be in the future.
We are dedicated to building on the key achievements of the past and are excited about the future, led by our team of highly committed professionals who are enthusiastic about making the delivery of healthcare more compassionate, less complicated, more affordable, and always state-of-the-art.
