Dermatology

A highly regarded private practice seeks BC/BE Dermatologist to provide a full range of services to area patients. Practice general dermatology, Mohs surgery and cosmetic procedures while working in friendly, cooperative environment that offers flexibility and a balanced lifestyle. Successful candidates must possess a strong clinical knowledge base as well as excellent training and skills. This opportunity offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package including income guarantee, health, disability, life and malpractice insurance, retirement plan continuing medical education, professional dues and licensing allowance.

Gastroenterology

Private practice is seeking exceptional gastroenterologists to join their established group. Caseloads run from 130-170 procedures per month with access to surgery center owned 50% by physicians. Salary is in the top one-third in the nation before surgery center revenue. A physician that is adept at therapeutic ERCP is preferred, but not essential. The practice includes inflammatory bowel disease, liver disease, as well as routine GI diseases and preventive procedures. The community can support 4-5 GI physicians. The practice does BRAVO pH and therapeutic manometry. Research studies have included a Clostridium difficile trail, EXACT Trial, IBD studies, Humira and an IBS constipation trial. Electronic records integrate check-in, scheduling, billing, medical records, radiology, labs, and are at the heart of an efficient practice.

Nephrology

A well established strictly Nephrology private practice is seeking a BC/BE Nephrologist.  Currently the practice consists of a two Board Certified Nephrology/Internal Medicine physicians who provide all aspects of renal care including office and hospital consultation, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and care of kidney transplant patients, and work with five dialysis centers.  Conveniently located on the Columbus Regional Hospital campus and with smaller offices within a 30 minute radius, the practice is supported by a large regional referral base and is experiencing rapid growth due to Open Heart Surgery program at Columbus Regional Hospital.

Working collaboratively with a treatment team of nurses, technicians, dietitians, and social workers the focus is to help patients across the continuum of care.  Additionally, due to support of Hospitalist and Critical Care Service teams, physicians function mainly as consultants.  Join a true team atmosphere with competitive compensation, benefit package, and recruitment assistance to qualified candidates.

Physiatry

Columbus Regional Hospital is seeking a Physiatrist to serve as a Medical Director for a 17 bed inpatient rehabilitation center.  Candidates must possess at least three years experience to meet CMS Guidelines.   Due to a strong team atmosphere this position offers regular business hours with the support of a Hospitalist team and call coverage assistance with a Neurology team.

Southern Indiana Surgery is seeking a General Surgeon with Bariatric Experience

Southern Indiana Surgery is seeking a General Surgeon with Bariatric experience to join its team which consists of a combined 6 General and Vascular Surgeons.

The Bariatric Center at Columbus Regional Health is an American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS) Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence®. By definition, surgeons with ASMBS Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence designation practice only top-quality care, ensuring efficacy of the procedure with each patient to the best of their abilities.

Since 2004, the Bariatric Center at Columbus Regional Hospital has offered the highest quality patient care to obese patients including the latest weight-loss procedures: adjustable gastric banding, laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy and laparoscopic gastric bypass, the current gold standard for weight loss surgery.   A multidisciplinary approach utilizes specially trained team members to address each patient's medical nutritional, physical and psychological needs.

Rheumatology

Urgent Care/Occupational Medicine

PromptMed, an urgent care facility, is seeking an experienced physician to join its team full-time.   While practicing at modern, well equipped facilities you will experience set hours  and no call or inpatient responsibilities.  PromptMed is a Certified Urgent Care by the Urgent Care Association of America.   

PromptMed is a division of Columbus Regional Health, and its offices are conveniently located near the CRH campus.  CHR is a regional referral center, and offers a full spectrum of primary care, occupational medicine, and subspecialty support.   Full-time emergency helicopter services are based at CRH to provide enhanced emergency air medical services.
