Providing the very best in cancer care.

At Columbus Regional Health's Cancer Center, we understand that a cancer diagnosis can be stressful and life changing for patients and their families.  The CRH Cancer Center is committed to meeting your emotional, educational, and social needs as you progress through cancer diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.

Expert cancer care, close to home.

Cancer Treatments and Services:

IMRT: A state-of-the-art Seimens Primus High-Energy Linear Accelerator is used to deliver intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT). IMRT is ideal for any cancer in close proximity to critical organs, but is most widely used in prostate cancer treatment and head and neck cancers. We are the first cancer center in Southern Indiana to offer innovative therapy to treat patients needing radiation for cancer treatment.

Social Work Services: Our oncology social worker assesses a patient's needs in order to provide an individualized cancer care program that addresses the physical and emotional needs of the patient and family.

Clinical Nutrition Services: Our registered dietitian provides a nutrition assessment, consults, and provides patient education.

Rehabilitation Services are provided by physician specialists, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, audiologists, social workers, case managers, psychologists, a chaplain and activity coordinators.

Screening and Community Education: Early cancer detection significantly increases your chances at successful cancer treatment. To help you, The Cancer Center hosts different screenings annually.
