We also earned the 2009 Outcome of Excellence Award from Focus On Therapeutic Outcomes, Inc. (FOTO). We were one of 90 hospitals out of 800 facilities to receive the award.

From Occupational Therapy to Social Work

Our team at the rehabilitation center provides the right combination of physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech and hearing therapy, nutritional services, rehabilitation nursing, social work and neuropsychological services and therapeutic recreation. We pride ourselves on the training, education, commitment and quality. The rehabilitation and medical staff work together as a team with you and your family physician to provide the appropriate treatment, whether inpatient, outpatient or elsewhere in the community.

If you or your physician believes inpatient rehabilitation services will help you, a specially trained diagnostic team will provide a free assessment of your condition to determine the best treatment plan.

The inpatient rehabilitation unit at the CRH Rehabilitation Center provides comprehensive care for people who are still medically fragile, have severe functional impairments and need the 24-hour medical support of a hospital facility. High intensity medical management, nursing and rehabilitation therapies are provided daily to meet your needs. We also deliver comprehensive medical rehabilitation services within Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit in the areas of: brain injury, stroke, orthopedic, neurological disorders, spinal cord injury, arthritis, multiple trauma and amputation.
