Stroke is an emergency - an attack on the brain.

Which is why it is important to recognize the warning signs and call 911 immediately. Our program starts by educating the community about strokes: how to recognize a stroke, what to do in case someone has a stroke, treatment, therapy and rehabilitation. From community outreach, to treatment and therapy, our self-management model combined with the national standards and guidelines that we follow, we deliver more successful patient outcomes.

We also offer a monthly support group for stroke survivors and their family, friends, and caregivers. This is an opportunity for stroke survivors and their caregivers to share their struggles and successes and to build a network of support.
