Columbus Regional Health is transitioning billing statements to secure paperless statements delivered through MyChart for patients starting 06/01/2023. Transitioning to paperless statements allows patients to receive their statements faster and more securely than U.S. mail while also being a more sustainable option for the environment. Patients can choose to opt out of paperless statements and receive statements by mail if preferred. Opting out of paperless statements can be completed by locating the paperless billing notification on the welcome page or billing summary section in MyChart.
