Nurse n’ Chat meets at Mothering Essentials, 424 Washington Street, Columbus, Indiana, every Tuesday and Friday from 9:30-11:00 a.m.
Get support while visiting with other breastfeeding moms. Certified Lactation Consultants are available to answer your questions and do weight checks for baby. This program is free and no registration is required.

Breastfeeding 101
Class Join us to learn about the basics of breastfeeding, latching, positioning, what to expect in the hospital and more. This free class is offered monthly and hosted by an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant at CRH.

Daddy 101 Class
This class is designed for expectant fathers. Topics include safe sleep, baby care, home safety, car seats, and the transition to fatherhood. This class is hosted by a Licensed Social Worker and a Columbus Police Department Officer.

Breastfeeding Café
Expectant mothers, mothers, and babies are welcome. Enjoy refreshments, information, support, and lending library. Cost: Free Schedule: 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month, 6:30-8:00 p.m. Location: Mothering Essentials, 424 Washington Street, Suite 9, Columbus, Indiana.
La Leche League Leaders
La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. They are available by phone, text, or e-mail whenever you have breastfeeding questions or concerns. There is never a charge.
