“Pam was so helpful. I had a positive home Covid test and had many questions about the recommended Covid therapy. Pam answered the phone at IV Therapy in CRH. Pam answered all of my questions and was also so cheerful. Additionally, Pam looked up MyChart and took some information from me about my positive test result. She called my primary doctor, communicated with the MA, and got things cleared up. Wow, just a really caring person! Thanks Pam!
