COVID-19 Instructions/Resources for Our Community
At Columbus Regional Health, we continue to actively respond to the COVID-19 situation and want to help our community understand the local resources that are available. The following information provides an easy-to-understand resource for what to do should you have respiratory symptoms, non-respiratory urgent care needs, or questions or concerns.
- Individuals who are well should stay home.
- Individuals who have respiratory symptoms should stay home and call the COVID-19 Resource Center at 812.379.4449.
- If their symptoms worsen, they should call the same Resource Center for updated directions.
- If a patient's already existing appointment needs to be rescheduled, they will be contacted by the provider's office. The provider's office will work with the patient to determine the best method of care to meet their needs.
- Anyone that has a primary care provider and is in need of a non-respiratory urgent care visit, should call their primary care provider's office and will be directed to an on-call provider.
- Anyone that doesn't have a primary care provider and is in need of a non-respiratory urgent care visit should call 812.376.5136 between 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday, to be directed to care or other options.
