We are excited to announce that Columbus Adult Medicine and Kavelman Family Medicine have joined forces to create a new practice. Columbus Regional Health Family and Internal Medicine opened its doors on Monday, October 1, 2018, and is located at 3015 10th Street in Columbus. This is at the corner of 10th Street and Schnier Street, near the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
Columbus Regional Health Family and Internal Medicine continues to provide the high-quality, friendly, efficient, and compassionate care that you have already come to trust. You will recognize the smiling faces of our staff and your relationship with your healthcare provider will not be interrupted.
The office will have reserved appointments for same-day illnesses or injuries. Should you require an appointment for an illness right away, simply call the office to get scheduled that same day with an available healthcare provider. Our hours are 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.
We are sure you will enjoy our spacious new office with state-of-the-art equipment and furnishings, and we will strive to make the transition as smooth as possible. Record transfers will not be required. Your confidential medical information is stored in our secure electronic medical record and will be instantly available at our new location.
