WellConnect assists with Marketplace insurance (also known as Obamacare or the Affordable Care Act) and Medicare. Licensed Indiana Navigators and SHIP counselors provide unbiased and free help for both. Please note that navigators can screen for Medicaid/HIP coverage but do not help with applications, instead referring to the Indiana Family & Social Services Administration (FSSA).
