WellConnect, a health and wellness center in downtown Columbus, is expanding its line of wellness and healthy lifestyle services and will begin offering massage therapy in mid-June.
The 20 or 50-minute sessions will be available between 4 and 7 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays at the center starting June 17. The 20-minute session is designed to relieve and re-energize in a timely manner customized to meet the individual’s needs. The 50-minute sessions will work to restore the individual on a full-body level or target specific focus areas.
“We are so excited to be able to offer these services to our downtown clients and really to anyone who is interested,” said Colorado Weliever, WellConnect coordinator.
“At WellConnect, we offer a range of services to support a healthier lifestyle and reduce stress. Massage therapy offers many benefits. Most people know massage helps you relax and unwind, but it can also help reduce stress and relieve muscle tension and pain.”
Appointments are required. The 20-minute session is $35. A 50-minute massage is $65. For more information or to schedule an appointment call 812-376-5104.
