The following Columbus Regional Health primary care offices received Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) designation from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA): Doctors Park Family Medicine, Sandcrest Family Medicine, Rau Family Medicine, Columbus Family Medicine, Columbus Internal Medicine Associates, BCSC Clinic, Columbus Pediatrics, Family and Internal Medicine, and MyCare Family Med. This is the fourth year the practices have earned the designation from NCQA.

  Practices that earn this recognition have made a commitment to continuous quality improvement and a patient-centered approach to care. Research shows that PCMHs improve quality and the patient experience and increase staff satisfaction, while reducing health care costs.
