CHERRY CHEESECAKE TARTLETS

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Sugar Free Instant Jello Pudding
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Fat Free Half & half
  • 4 packages of AthensĀ® mini Filo dough crusts
  • 1 can Sugar free cherry pie filling (can be made with protein powder to increase protein)

Directions:

  1. Mix pudding, vanilla and half & half with a mixer for three minutes.
  2. Set in fridge to chill and set up.
  3. Remove shells from packaging and put in a preheated 350 degree oven for 3-5 minutes and let cool.
  4. Immediately before serving, use a plastic bag and put pudding mix in.
  5. Cut the corner to use as a piper.
  6. Fill cups partially.
  7. Top with a single cherry with some sauce and serve.

Gastric Bypass: All Stages (filling only), 6 weeks+ (whole recipe)
Lap-Band: All Stages (filling only), 4 weeks+ (whole recipe)
