ESPRESSO PROTEIN TRUFFLES

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops Click® Espresso Protein Powder
  • 3 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • ½ cup low fat Ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp sugar free Torani Syrup

Toppings (optional): Unsweetened toasted coconut, crushed nuts, sugar-free pudding mix, protein powder, unsweetened cocoa, crushed sugar-free candy.

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients until thoroughly combined.
  2. Roll into walnut size balls.
  3. Roll in unsweetened toasted coconut (or other topping of choice).
  4. Place in fridge to firm before serving.
  5. Keep leftovers refrigerated.
  6. You can also freeze them and defrost in refrigerator as needed.

Makes about 25 Servings
