CHEESECAKE TREAT

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (the 4 servings size) Sugar Free/Fat Free Jell-O INSTANT pudding, cheesecake flavor
  • 1 scoop unflavored Unjury protein powder
  • 1 cup lactose free reduced fat milk
  • 1 1/2 graham crackers (6 small sections)
  • (6) 2-ounce portion cups with lids

Directions:

  1. Break 1 small section of graham cracker in bottom of each portion cup.
  2. Measure 1 cup of milk into bowl.
  3. Add protein powder, whisk.
  4. Add instant pudding, whisk.
  5. Pour into portion cups over crackers, cover and refrigerate.

Note: Adjust amount of protein to your stage of the program. Adjust portion cup size to your stage of the program (example: early in the program, use 1/2 small section of cracker with a 1 ounce portion cup. After 1 year in the program, use 2 small sections of cracker with a 4 ounce portion cup.) Use regular milk if you are not lactose intolerant.
