FRUIT TARTS

Ingredients:

  • 1 commercial pie crust
  • 2 cans sugar-free pie filling, use flavor of choice
  • 1 bag coordinating no sugar added frozen fruit, thawed and drained
  • ½ cup baking Splenda

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place thin piece of pie crust in the bottom of 24 muffin tins.
  3. Mix fruit, pie filling and Splenda together and spoon on top of pie crust.
  4. Bake 10-15 minutes.

Appropriate for:

Gastric Bypass: all stages (filling only)
Lap-Band: all stages
