HOT CHOCOLATE
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2-2 tablespoons Splenda
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons vanilla flavored whey protein powder
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions:
- Over the lowest possible heat, combine the cream and water.
- When they are starting to get warm, add the cocoa, Splenda and protein powder.
- Whisk until well combined.
- Bring just barely to a simmer and pour into cups.
Yield: 2 servings
