CHICKEN AND BLACK BEANS

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 (14 ounce) can tomatoes
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • ¼ cup salsa
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp oregano, ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp Splenda
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Olive

Directions:

  1. Sauté chicken, onion and garlic in oil until done.
  2. Add other ingredients and simmer 10 minutes.
  3. Serve with sour cream, cheese and olives.
