Join us to learn about our new Fitness Coaching program.  This lunch & learn seminar is free, includes lunch and will introduce you to the benefits of this program. If you chose to enroll in a future Fitness Coaching program on the day of the Lunch and Learn, you will be given a discount package price.

What is Fitness Coaching?
Work one-on-one with a Fitness Coach to improve your overall wellness and fitness. This 10-week program will allow you to meet with a coach to design an individualized wellness program that will address ways to incorporate health habits into your lifestyle.
Your Fitness Coach will help you set SMART goals, teach you ways to create healthy meal choices and develop an understanding of healthy eating habits, guide to establish health activities based on what works for you and in your schedule, and assess daily practice to increase movement and decrease stress. In this program you and your coach will meet four times to set goals and plan activities to help meet these goals.
(10 Week session – 4 visits with a Fitness Coach- $240)
