If you chose to enroll in a future Elder Guidance program on the day of the Lunch and Learn, you will be given a discount package price.

What is Elder Guidance?
Are you caring for an aging parent, elderly spouse, domestic partner, or close friend? If so, you know that there can be significant challenges in coordinating care. Next steps in caregiving aren’t always clear. Even with family support, there are decisions that can be difficult and sometimes confusing. Wellconnect is offering “Elder Guidance” to help you create a plan. In this program a CRH Social Work Therapist will assess your needs, provide support and guidance, provide advanced directive information, identify action plans, and connect you to resources.
(15 minute FREE screening to determine needs - $60 per visit with Social Work Therapist)
