Returning to Work for Breastfeeding Moms is a class that helps families prepare to return to work after having a baby.  This is an overview of what to expect when returning to work, how to communicate to your employer about your needs as a nursing mother, and how to prepare your baby for the transition.  We also discuss creating a pumping schedule, building a stored supply, the various kinds of pumps, and hands on pumping.
