New Treatment for Patients Living with Chronic Migraine - Lunch & Learn at WellConnect
This lunch & learn seminar is FREE, includes lunch and is sponsored by Columbus Regional Health Neurology and Sleep Sciences.
Neurology and Sleep Sciences is offering a new service of BOTOX© treatment for management of patients living with Chronic Migraine.
The simplified criteria and definition for Chronic Migraine are:
• 15 or more headache days a month
• Headaches last for 4 hours a day or more
• With at least 8 of the headache days associated with migraine
Using these simplified criteria is the easiest way to identify Chronic Migraine patients. We would recommend re-evaluating headache patients in your practice using the Chronic Migraine definition above and keeping it in mind with future patients.
Services we offer:
• Assist in diagnosing patients you suspect might have Chronic Migraine
• Help optimize your patients’ current treatment plan
• Evaluate your patients for BOTOX® (onabotulinumtoxinA) injection therapy
