Open to all Columbus North High School students and incoming freshmen!

6:30pm to 8:00pm (use door #40)

Cost is $30.00 cash or check payable to CNHS Athletic Department (all proceeds benefit the CNHS Athletic Department).

Students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and complete the IHSAA physical form. These forms are valid for the 2024 - 2025 school year.

Forms are available in the High School Athletic offices, IHSAA website or on the day of event.
