Discover a holistic approach to wellness at our exclusive event, Access to Wellness, brought to you by Mental Health Matters, Healthy Communities, and Columbus Parks & Rec at the Community F1rst Hub at NexusPark on May 9 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Engage with staff from CRH Healthy Communities, meet our Mental Health Matters Ambassadors, and more. 

There will be networking, snacks, and refreshments available along with tours of CRH medical offices where you can learn about health services and programs, as well as opportunities to learn about Columbus Parks & Rec’s enriching activities and resources. Plus, seize the opportunity to learn about and complete the Community Health Needs Assessment survey online, contributing to the betterment of our community.
