Biography
Nandu Gourineni, M.D. graduated from Gandhi Medical College, India, and completed his residency at Michigan State University in internal medicine where he was chief resident. He also completed fellowships at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in heart failure/transplantation; Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan in cardiovascular disease; and Rush University Medical Center, Chicago, Illinois in interventional cardiology.
His areas of special interests include structural heart disease, peripheral vascular disease and coronary arterial interventions. Dr. Gourineni joined Southern Indiana Heart and Vascular in 2013. He can be contacted at his office at (812) 379-2020.
