"My father was on two tower for a COPD exacerbation. When I came to visit him, he was raving about the night nurse named Taylor and how he was an exceptional nurse and how he knew what he was doing. He took time to explain and didn't just rush in and out of the room as quick as he could. My father was very impressed by him and his professionalism, but also his caring and kind nature. I want to say thank you so much to Taylor for making my dad feel comfortable in a place that he does not like going."
