“Natalie was one of the best nurses I’ve ever had. Her personality is suited to putting patients at ease during a time that is trying for them. Whenever I used my call button, she was there almost instantly, always with I presume a smile, as I couldn’t see through her mask. She was so kind and attentive. She also kept my board updated so I knew when to expect medications and who was caring for me. She was always pleasant to converse with too. I wish all nurses were like her. They could learn a lesson or two. Please thank her from the bottom of my heart and give her a raise. She deserves it!’’
