“Charity M was one of the nurses during my father’s hospital stay. It was clear that she genuinely enjoyed taking care of my father. Charity was thoughtful and responsive and met his needs promptly and efficiently. As a family member trying to learn medical terms, navigate hospital care and support services. Charity was a comforting presence. Knowing that our father was in her care brought a sense of relief for when we were not with him. I have a renewed respect for our medical providers, but Charity stood out. Having a loved one in the hospital is an overwhelming experience and it was made less through Charity’s help. I hope that she will be recognized for efforts.”
