"We had the pleasure of having Reyna as our Tech for 2 nights while we were admitted. She has a gentle, calm and confident nature and a servant heart. She was very attentive to me, my partner and our newborn son, Emmett. While giving Emmett his first bath she was being sure to comfort him while also communicating to me everything she was doing. Before I was cleared to get out of bed by myself Reyna supported me by swaddling and placing Emmett in his crib so I didn’t have to wake my partner. This may seem small, but it meant so much to me. Reyna is deserving of this recognition due to her dedication and passion for her role in helping families. Thanks so much! "
