"I come in after Becky nearly every weekend. She goes above and beyond to stock, give me a solid report and ensures that I am up to speed on anything that is changing on the unit. Becky stays over after clocking out to send e-cards and make sure that her coworkers know they are appreciated. Not only is her work-ethic exemplary; she has a kindness with the patients to match. I have seen her display a caring attitude and gentle spirit with patients even when they are screaming or upset. She is a model for values of CRH. She deserves to be recognized for being a high quality employee and caring individual consistently.
