"We had the pleasure of having Maddie as our tech on the birthing unit. I had a rough 13 hr labor which turned into an emergency c section. Once I got to a nine my son's heart rate started dropping so I was rushed back for a c section. Maddie helped explain things to me during my labor, and helped answer any questions I had to the best of her ability. Maddie went above and beyond and even made a cute little sign for my door. Maddie also gave my son his first bath and because I was unable to stand she went above and beyond and took my phone and took pictures of the entire process. I appreciated that so very much. Those are pictures id have wanted and memories to last a life time. I appreciated so much that she did this for us. Maddie was so gentle when bathing our son. Maddie was seriously the sweetest tech and always came in with a positive attitude and a smile on her face. She took our son to the nursery for a few hrs so I could get some sleep. She has no idea how appreciative I was for that. Maddie made my entire birthing process much easier. She is one of the sweetest techs. She deserves all the recognition for her kind sweet heart."
