Columbus Regional Health offers patients MyChart, a secure and private online system where you can access your health information and more by mobile app or computer.
Signing up for MyChart is easy. If you have an upcoming appointment with a CRH primary care or specialty physician, ask the office staff how to activate your MyChart account. You may also contact WellConnect at 812-376-5136 and a Connection Specialist will assist you.
Once signed up, you can access a variety of features, including:
- Checking appointment times
- Canceling and scheduling appointments
- Viewing lab/test results
- Communicating with your physician
- Conducting telehealth visits
- Tracking and requesting your prescriptions
- Viewing providers’ notes and treatment plans
- Estimating prices for procedures
- Paying bills
With the MyChart app Hello Patient feature, you can complete the check-in process after you have arrived in the office parking lot, without the need to visit the front desk. MyChart also allows you to view notes from your provider visits. This helps you to remember what was discussed during your appointment, including your provider’s recommendations, upcoming appointments and tests, and treatment plans.
