Need Urgent Care? Let Us Know You're Coming

Receive medical care for your urgent needs on your terms through a new and improved service at CRH PromptMed. Patients can now skip the waiting room at PromptMed urgent care by using our new online feature called “On My Way.” This new check-in tool allows patients to check wait times, reserve a spot in line, and streamline visits.

Patients can join the online waiting room by visiting www.crh.org/promptmed and clicking on “Hold My Spot.” You can also use the MyChart App by clicking on “Menu” and then “Find Urgent Care.” From there, you’ll provide your first and last name, how soon you’ll be arriving, the reason for your visit, and a way for us to contact you by phone or email. While you won’t be given a scheduled appointment, adding yourself to the “On My Way” list will allow you to be seen faster than if you had simply walked into the PromptMed facility.

You will receive a confirmation email with the contact information you provided. If you have a MyChart account, you can also see your saved spot in your account. If you don’t receive a confirmation or see the spot saved in CRH MyChart, you did not complete the process.

When you arrive at PromptMed, simply let the registration team know and they will get you checked in.
