CRH welcomes sports medicine physician
Columbus Regional Health is pleased to welcome Dr. Timothy Von Fange, M.D. to our active medical staff.
Dr. Von Fange is board certified in primary care sports medicine and family medicine. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Moses Cone Family Medicine in Greensboro, N.C. He completed a fellowship at Moses Cone Primary Care Sports Medicine, also in Greensboro.
Dr. Von Fange specializes in sports and exercise associated injuries, concussion evaluation and management, joint and musculoskeletal problems, diagnostic ultrasounds and ultrasound-guided injections. He will be seeing patients at Doctors Park Family Medicine, 3201 Middle Road, Columbus. He can be reached at 812.372.8281.
