OB/GYN Associates prepares for move to NexusPark
Columbus Regional Health is pleased to announce the first phase of the relocation process for those practices and services moving into the health system’s dedicated space in NexusPark. In this first phase, OB/GYN Associates will relocate to NexusPark and open to patients on Oct. 23, 2023.
The new address is 2114 25th Street, at the NexusPark facility in Columbus. Patients and visitors should use Entrance 4, located on the northwest side of the NexusPark complex.
In the new space, the OB/GYN Associates team is comprised of the same experienced providers patients have already come to trust:

NexusPark’s fresh, modern, and dynamic atmosphere will enhance the care experience for our patients. NexusPark will feature several other medical offices and support services such as laboratory services, physical and occupational therapy, and WellConnect. The relocation process of these practices and services will continue in phases through the first quarter of 2024. Please note, NexusPark – including the Columbus Regional Health space – and the surrounding campus, remain an active construction site. Please adhere to signage and wayfinding instructions when visiting the campus.
