Additional Medical Practices Move to NexusPark
Columbus Regional Health is pleased to announce the relocation of several more practices and services to NexusPark. CRH at NexusPark officially opened in late January with more than 15 provider practices and services slated to relocate to the new facility by the end of April, 2024.
The following practices have relocated or will soon relocate to NexusPark, located at 2100 25th Street in Columbus:
- Columbus Regional Health Audiology, Speech and Driving Rehabilitation, Ste. L, opened March 25
- Family and Internal Medicine, Ste. C, opened March 25
- Neurology and Sleep Sciences, Ste. F, opening April 9
Patients of these provider practices have received specific information for visiting the new office location and will receive reminders for any upcoming appointments that take place at the new location. For more information, visit www.crh.org/nexuspark.
