A Free Community Event

Grab a friend and your yoga mat or towel and join Dr. Madalyn Doublett and Sasha Edmondson, NP-C for a casual, informative breast health talk, followed by an all-levels yoga flow class led by Zen Wellness. This FREE event is designed to give you a supportive space to learn, move, and care for yourself. Healthy snacks and refreshments will be provided.
