Anita Collins is a palliative care nurse practitioner with over 28 years of nursing experience. She graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 2008 with a Masters of Science degree - Family Nurse Practitioner. She has also obtained advanced certification as an Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse.
Anita is an advocate of palliative care and passionate about providing symptom management for patients as well as providing education and support for patients and their family members. She is committed to focusing on improving the patients quality of life when they are living with a serious illness.
