Dr. John Cox is a board-certified radiation oncologist. He is a graduate of University of Louisville Medical School and completed his residency at University of Texas Medical Branch, including one year at MD Anderson Cancer Center.
Dr. Cox specializes in radiation oncology, HDR brachytherapy, brain stereotactic radiosurgery, spine stereotactic radiosurgery, stereotactic body radiosurgery and advanced radiation delivery techniques.
Among other distinguished honors, Dr. Cox is an American Brachytherapy Society Scholarship Recipient. Dr. Cox has a strong passion for delivering state-of-the-art, leading technology advancements in radiation treatment in regional healthcare settings. He believes strongly that no one should have to travel far to receive the best possible treatment.
