Biography
Michelle is a long time resident of Jennings County. She started her nursing career as an LPN in 1997, graduating from IVY Tech, Columbus. She became a RN in 2005, obtaining her ASN nursing from IUPUC.
She completed her BSN from IUPUC in 2019. Followed by completing her MSN - Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2021 from Purdue University Global.
She has worked as a nurse in various roles throughout her career, caring for patients across the lifespan. She has worked for the Healthy Families program in Jennings County, on the Medical-Surgical unit at Decatur County Hospital, and at Premier Hospice.
Additionally she has 14 years of nursing experience in emergency medicine, having worked at Ascension St. Vincent Jennings Emergency Department and Columbus Regional Health Emergency Department.
