VIMCare Earns Patient-Centered Medical Home Designation

Congratulations to the VIMCare team on achieving Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) designation from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). NCQA’s PCMH recognition program is the most widely adopted PCMH evaluation program in the country.

The PCMH is a model of care that puts patients at the forefront of care. Research shows that PCMHs improve quality and the patient experience, and increase staff satisfaction - while reducing health care costs. Practices that earn recognition have made a commitment to continuous quality improvement and a patient-centered approach to care.

VIMCare joins the CRHP primary care practices in the achievement of PCMH designation.

Workforce Spotlight: Vivian White, RN, Nursing Resources

Photo of Vivian and Pat White in garden.

Vivian White joined CRH 23 years ago after working in her local school system while raising four sons. When her youngest son was a senior in high school, she started studying for her Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) degree. Upon earning her ASN, she applied to CRH. “Columbus Regional took me under their wing when I had no experience. They oriented me, and they made me the nurse that I am now,” Vivian said.
