Heart Scan for $49

Columbus Regional Health is pleased to offer coronary calcium scans (CT scans) of the heart for $49. CT is a noninvasive test that uses X-rays to detect and measure the amount of calcium in the walls of your coronary arteries.

To be eligible for a heart scan

You must be between 40 and 79 years of age with one of the following risk factors:

  • Family history of heart disease, stroke, and/or vascular disease
  • Smoking
  • Diabetes
  • Obesity
  • High blood pressure

Screenings are conducted at Columbus Diagnostic Imaging. A fee of $49 will be collected at the time of the test and will not be submitted to insurance.
