Try this chia pudding recipe.Ingredients1 cup unsweetened almond milk3 tbsp. chia seeds1 tbsp. honey1/2 tsp. vanilla extractTopping: fresh or frozen fruit, cinnamonInstructionsIn a medium-sized bowl, whisk together almond milk, chia seeds, honey and vanilla extract until well combined. Divide into two custard cups. Let sit in refrigerator for at least two to three hours or overnight.Per ServingServes two. Each serving is ½ cup and provides about: 170 calories, 9 g total fat (1 g saturated fat, 0 g trans fat), 0 mg cholesterol, 85 mg sodium, 18 g carbohydrates,6 g fiber, 9 g sugars and 5 g protein.Note: For instant pudding, add 1 additional tablespoon chia seeds.
