Columbus Regional Health is pleased to announce a new location for its Southern Indiana Heart and Vascular satellite outpatient office in Seymour, Ind.

Beginning Wednesday May 27, Southern Indiana Heart and Vascular will open at 1020 Second Street in Seymour. The phone number – 812.379.2020 – remains for the practice. Current patients with appointments on or before Thursday, May 21, will be seen at the current location. For appointments beginning on Wednesday, May 27, patients will be seen at the new office. Patients with appointments affected by the relocation have received instructions from their provider’s office.

As a reminder, Columbus Regional Health continues to deliver comprehensive cardiovascular care, including interventional cardiology, structural heart services, electrophysiology, cardiac rehab, and of course, providing 24/7 STEMI coverage to Jackson County and the surrounding southcentral Indiana region.
