Orthopedics and Sports Medicine practice moves to NexusPark
Columbus Regional Health is pleased to announce the relocation phase of its Orthopedics and Sports Medicine practice to NexusPark, opening July 1.
The practice, with providers Dr. Timothy VonFange and Ethan Baily, PA, joins more than 15 practices and services already in operations at the new facility, located at 2100 25th Street in Columbus.
Established patients of Columbus Regional Health Orthopedics and Sports Medicine have received specific information for visiting the new office location and will receive reminders for any upcoming appointments that take place at the new location. Patients and visitors to NexusPark should enter the facility through Entrance 3, which is located on the southwest side of the facility. The practice is also accepting new patients.
