About Our Program
We offer a program that focuses on teaching you how to manage your pulmonary disease with education, exercise, and lifestyle changes.
The 12-week outpatient program serves patients with chronic lung disease. Patients receive comprehensive education in the care and management of lung disease and participate in monitored exercise to help:

How Do I Get Started?
A referral from your physician is needed to enter the program. Please contact your physician to schedule a consultation with the pulmonary rehabilitation staff.
