What's your reason to QUIT?  This is your year to kick the tobacco habit.  Columbus Regional Health offers group tobacco cessation classes with medication assistance* for $35.00

The classes are offered over 5 sessions, with 8 weekly meetings. All classes meet on Wednesday evenings from 6pm-8pm at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana, 2nd floor conference room. The sessions start and conclude by the following dates:

Session 1: January 10 - February 28
Session 2: March 7 - April 25
Session 3: May 2 - June 20
Session 4: July 11 - August 29
Session 5: September 5 - October 24

If you are interested in a session, you should enroll no later than the third week of class to get all the materials and prepare for your Quit Date.

*Medication consists of NRT patches or gum only
