Columbus Regional Health Offers Athletic Physicals

Doctors highly recommend getting an athletic physical to catch possible health problems that can make physical activity dangerous, and Indiana requires one before a child can start a new sport or begin a new competitive season.

Columbus Regional Health is offering various options and locations for athletic physicals this year to help parents meet requirements for this sports season.

To schedule an athletic physical use one of the following options:

  • Call your primary care provider or pediatrician to schedule an athletic physical.
This can often be done as part of an annual well visit.
  • Don’t have a primary care provider?
Call WellConnect and a Connection Specialist will schedule an appointment for you with a provider that is right for you.
  • Need an athletic physical right away?
Visit crh.org/promptmed and click on “reserve my spot” and we’ll text you when it’s time to show up.

For more information, contact WellConnect at 812-376-5136.
