Affordable Care Act (ACA) Marketplace Open Enrollment Assistance

Navigating the ACA Health Insurance Marketplace can be challenging. Columbus Regional Health WellConnect Connection Specialists are available to help answer questions, determine eligibility, and assist in enrollment. 

Our Connection Specialists offer assistance with the ACA Marketplace to Columbus and its surrounding communities. Sara Bishop, Courtney Watkins, Claudia Saenz-Velez, and Kristi Stewart are licensed Indiana Navigators ready to help you navigate your health insurance questions. All of our Insurance Navigation services are provided free of charge. 

Open Enrollment Period for the 2023 ACA Marketplace will run from November 1, 2022 to January 15, 2023.  (If you need your coverage to start on January 1, 2022, you must be enrolled no later than December 15, 2022).  The enrollment period provides an opportunity to renew a current Marketplace plan OR to sign up for a new Marketplace health insurance plan for those who are not eligible for employer-based insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare. 

If you are without health insurance and are uncertain if you might be eligible for the ACA Marketplace insurance, please reach out to our trained professionals. We will gladly walk you through the initial screening and application process. 

WellConnect Connection Specialists are available by phone Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Navigation services are only provided by phone or secured virtual appointments at this time due to COVID-19 safety restrictions.
